Carl Hoff has been with BUCRA for over 16 years. He has served as President for 12 of those years. Prior to his employment at BUCRA, he was the Director of Finance at a Rice Growers Association of California, a CPA for the Big Four accounting firm of KPMG in Sacramento, and has also worked in a consulting practice in Chico. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Chico State University.
Susan Ricketts has been with BUCRA for over 27 years. She has managed the Supply Division for 10 years. She has her PCA license, and has over 28 years experience in the fertilizer and chemical field. She holds a Bachelors of Science from UC Davis in Plant Science (emphasis in Agronomy) and a Masters degree in International Business and Marketing from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
Steve Birdsong

Steve Birdsong has been with BUCRA for over 16 years. He has served as Vice President and manager of the Drier and Seed Division for 13 of those years. Prior to his employment with BUCRA, he was the mill manager at Comet Rice in Maxwell, CA. He has over 25 years experience in the rice drying and milling industry in California.
Gary DeYoung has been with BUCRA for over 11 years. He oversees the day to day accounting operations of BUCRA. Prior to coming to BUCRA, he has been either the CFO or Controller for three different companies in the wood products industry. He has over 30 years experience as a controller. Mr. DeYoung holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Jose State University.
